Refund Policy
Fair, transparent, and swimmer-friendly.

1.Overview
EasySpeed is a subscription SaaS product. We want you to love it. If you don't, we'll give you your money back.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through EasySpeed, whether billed via Paddle, MercadoPago, or any other payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
EasySpeed is operated by KUKY SpA (RUT 77.932.782-5), a company registered in Santiago, Chile.
2.30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription — no questions asked.
If you purchase a paid EasySpeed subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. We do not require a reason — your word is enough.
This applies to your first paid billing cycle only. Renewals (after month 1, year 1, etc.) are not covered by the money-back guarantee, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges (see Section 8).
3.Free Trials
Coach plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial for zero cost.
Coach subscription tiers include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the first payment will be processed. From that moment, the 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 applies.
4.How to Request a Refund
One email. We handle the rest.
To request a refund, send an email to hello@easyspeed.cl with:
- The email address associated with your EasySpeed account
- The approximate date of your purchase
- The payment method used (Paddle, MercadoPago, etc.)
You do not need to provide a reason, but any feedback helps us improve the product. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
5.Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Once we approve a refund, it is processed immediately on our side. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:
- Credit / debit cards (via Paddle): typically 5-10 business days
- MercadoPago: typically 3-7 business days to your MP balance or original card
- Bank transfers: typically 5-10 business days
If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us so we can investigate with the payment processor.
6.Refund Method
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or payment method for fraud prevention reasons.
7.Exceptions
A small number of situations fall outside this policy.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day money-back window
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Third-party fees (e.g., bank conversion fees, international transaction fees) charged by your bank or card issuer
- Free-tier usage (nothing was paid, so nothing to refund)
If your situation is not covered by this policy but you believe a refund is warranted, email us — we review every request individually and we are reasonable people.
8.Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No fees, no friction.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you want a refund, follow the process in Section 4.
