This course is designed for swimmers of all levels who want to learn how to swim freestyle with good technique, efficiently, and ultimately at higher speeds. We will cover each part of the stroke with detailed explanations, descriptive videos, graphics, and accompanying coordination exercises. This way, you can apply what you've learned directly to your training. We’ll start with the three fundamental areas of swimming: buoyancy, coordination, and hydrodynamics. Then, you'll learn how to support yourself in the water with each stroke, emphasize your kicks to propel you forward, and understand how the stroke should flow to swim efficiently and quickly. By the end of this course, you'll have a better understanding of how to move through the water with improved technique and efficiency. Practice the coordination exercises to apply what you've learned, and you'll see how your body awareness in the water improves.
